Someone turned 12 weeks old today! He has grown up so fast. We are phasing out his clothes that are getting too small. So sad. Luckily there are more cute ones for him to wear.
Here's just a small sample of our day.
So this morning, when Stephen said bye to Daniel before he left for school, Daniel started bawling. Big sad tears, as shown on the right, and a big pout, as seen on the left. (Pardon the blurriness...it's hard to take a clear picture of a moving baby.) It was so sad...slash kinda funny. He seemed so distraught! I'm pretty sure he just got startled, but it's nice to think that he was missing his daddy. But he calmed down after like 3 minutes.
He became such a happy boy all day! We played in his gym with Jacqtopus the Octopus. He practiced sitting up and sitting in his Bumbo chair. We had tummy time. He was even able to take a couple of naps! Quite the productive day.

Right now, he's sleeping in his swing. I guess the little guy got worn out. I love this little guy, and I love being home with him all day! When he smiles at me, it just warms my heart. Love it.

Heather! You look awesome! I wish I looked so well rested and super skinny at 12 weeks postpartum. Wait, I'm two years postpartum and I wish that... You look great!
He is getting so BIG! that means we need to see you more so that we don't miss him growing up! :) February?
